This Visvealus compensation plan is unilevel, which means that you do not have a right leg and a left leg. There are many multilevel companies that have adopted this model very successfully. Sometimes this makes it for an easier way to payout, since there is no calculation to be made between two branches, plus many prefer this model since it is a lot more straight forward.
Also, the company has implemented the Car Bonus for anyone who achieves 12,500 in volume, which in reality is not that a big amount when you compare it to other MLMs. When you reach this level you become a Regional Director and at that point you get immediately $300 added to your check, plus the car bonus pays for $600 a month when you show the company the purchase of lease of a black BMW.
As you can see Visalus Sciences is a very solid company that has grown a lot of momentum. However, it is a shame, like with most multilevel marketing companies, that while some people are certainly going to build huge fortunes, most people who join are not even going to break even. Why?
Because their marketing plan is poorly design. The methods that they teach are somehow obsolete and the ones that are going to make the money are not doing by following those methods but by using effective techniques that will allow them to generate leads (not the old fashion “talk to anyone you see and pester your friends and family”) build a strong leader relationship with them and convert them into business partners.
