interesting article.
In the beginning I did follow a lot of people who followed the people that followed me. Then I started to create lists and found a lot of people started to follow me.
Since I have been learning from Mari Smith in her book on ‘Relationship Marketing’
I realized that I need to interact more than just the odd RT or Thank you reply.
It is good to know that there is an automated system, maybe I will use it in the future.

I agree 100% with you. However, I really don’t use Twitter to build relationships I use it for massive exposure and branding. I use Facebook to build relationships.
I haven’t heard of Mari Smith’s book though, I may give it a try, sound interesting. Thanks
